Frank DeLucia

Frank DeLucia currently serves as Senior Vice President of HUB International Northeast. A producer at HUB since 1990, he works primarily with residential and commercial real estate owners and management companies in the New York metro area. Currently, he works with over 100 major real estate companies in the area and was recently selected as a board member of the Associated Builders and Owners of Greater New York (ABO). Frank is an active member of various real estate associations in New York such as Community/ House & Improvement Program (CHIP), New York Association of Realty Managers (NYARM), Bronx/ Manhattan North Association of Realtors and the National Realty Club.

One of the senior brokers at HUB Northeast, Frank also specializes in the apparel industry where HUB International services over 200 apparel clients. He is an active member of the Fashion Service Network, which is a group of leaders in all professional service areas that are dedicated to the improvement of the fashion industry. Recently, Frank and his team of apparel and environmental specialists engineered the Children’s Apparel Recall Expense Program (C.A.R.E.). The first insurance program of its kind, C.A.R.E. protects against lead content recalls in children’s apparel and footwear.

Frank holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from C.W. Post- Long Island University. He has been honored by several organizations including the Ronald McDonald House of Long Island, Scouting for Children With Disabilities/ Camp Kalikow, as well as Community Mainstreaming Associates, Inc. Frank resides in Massapequa, NY with his wife Lori, and two sons, John and Frankie.
