Damian R. Testa
President, NJ & PA Operations
Damian Testa currently serves as President of HUB International’s New Jersey and Pennsylvania operations, as well as Risk Management Practice Leader for HUB International Northeast. An employee of HUB since 1996, he joined the firm as the region’s Executive Director of Marketing.
Damian has worked in the insurance industry for more than 30 years. In 1981, he founded and operated his own New York City-based insurance brokerage. After selling his shares, he continued on to become an industry expert who was quoted in the national media and numerous insurance trade publications.
Damian has a bachelor’s degree from Ramapo College in New Jersey and resides in Teaneck, NJ with his wife Mary.
